Deadline to submit your home entry form online and pay entry fee.
Deadline to submit a home exterior photo or 3D rendering for use in the magazine.
Deadline to submit builder portrait, company logo, and description of home.
October 4
Gallery magazine builder / home profiles sent out for review and/or approval.
October 9
Deadline to submit artwork and ad agreement for inclusion in the Gallery magazine.
Deadline to request changes to your builder profile in the Gallery magazine.
Oct. 23
Deadline to submit Certificate of Occupancy & Insurance.
Event signs and other materials will be available for pickup (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) at the STBA office.
Oct. 23
Home must be completed along with a copy of the property Certificate of Occupancy filed with the STBA and proof of insurance. Homes will not be advertised as tourable online if they have not been fully completed and do not have a Certificate of Occupancy nor insurance filed.

Materials must be returned to the STBA Office between 10am – 4pm
