Deadline to submit your home entry form online and pay entry fee.
Deadline to submit a home exterior photo or 3D rendering for use in the magazine.
Deadline to submit builder portrait, company logo, and description of home.
Oct. 6th
Gallery magazine builder / home profiles sent out for review and/or approval.
Oct. 9th
Deadline to submit artwork and ad agreement for inclusion in the Gallery magazine.
Deadline to request changes to your builder profile in the Gallery magazine.
Oct. 15th
Deadline to submit Certificate of Occupancy & Insurance.
Gallery signs and other Materials will be available for pickup (10:00 am to 4:00 pm). A deposit of $300 is required.

Homes will not be advertised as tourable online if they have not been fully completed and do not have a Certificate of Occupancy nor insurance filed.
